I am one with the fish.

Over the past couple of weeks, we have relaxed, gone to the beach, pool, playing in the sprinkler...livin' the life! I have given Madeline her first piece of chocolate (instead of a small piece) and no surprise she loves it! Next week, Madeline will be a year and half old. We will have an 18 month check-up so it will be interesting to see how much Madeline has grown.

Beach Time

This past weekend, we finally made it to the beach! We live too close to not go. Being first time parents, we over-prepared however, it was a success. Madeline will be visiting the beach more often in the upcoming weeks/months. The first beach we went to was Jekyll Island. The weather was perfect and comparatively there were very little people there. Two-thumbs up!

It amazes me every time I look through pictures that I thought (no matter what time) how much hair Madeline had. This picture was taken May 14, 2011 and man, look at how much hair she has! Now the longer her hair gets, the curlier it gets. It must have been the milkman.

Ice Cream Montage...

We found an amazing ice cream store by our house. They serve mini-ice creams for the lil' ones. Best news: they are free! This is officially Madeline's first ice cream.

It was hilarious how she would just walk around with her tongue out regardless if she was actually licking the ice cream or not.
