Will is very busy finishing the last bit of his 60 page paper. We are hoping he will be completed by the end of this weekend. Fingers crossed.
Madeline is doing wonderful. She is independent, sassy, imaginative, and just overall amazing. She has started showing signs of acting out because of the upcoming arrival of her brother. We have added and changed things slowly and sporadically because we will be moving so soon after he comes. Right now the most acting out is wanting even more attention from me (picking her up, being the only one that reads books at night, sing songs, etc.) and the potty thing. I knew it would happen eventually, but now she runs to the bathroom, shuts the door, and pees all over the floor. Will and I are very adamant that we do not overreact or get upset with her. We just now have her participate in the cleaning up of the presents she leaves. This too shall pass and we are very aware and prepared for the upcoming quirks of the transition.
Also, Will and I have found a house in Kansas. It is a little scary because we signed a lease based on talking to the property manager, seeing pictures online, and talking to friends that have lived the area. It does calm my nerves that we have a place to live and honestly, I can't wait to see what it looks like in person. :)
Personally, I'm hanging in there. I am now going weekly to the OB for checkups. I'm hoping that the lil' man will be here by my due date and I won't have to go over.
Will and I try hard not to be overly gushy in public because that stuff is private! I will say though that as with Madeline, Will has been absolutely amazing (more so) while I am pregnant. He is just awesome. I am one lucky woman and Madeline is one lucky daughter. I'll leave it at that.
Also, my sister's birthday is on Sunday and my father-in-law's is the 24th! Happy Sweet Birthday to you both!
I'm hoping we can add to this month's birthday celebrations, but only time will tell.
